Findhorn Ecovillage
Set among the northern coast of Scotland is the most prominent eco village project of our time. Findhorn Spiritual Community of over 500 housed locals.
We worked directly with the executive team after the challenges of covid forced this community to close its in person programming and short term accommodation rentals.
We proposed and developed a global online summit that generated their biggest revenue program to date.
De Uelenspieghel
Tucked away in the forest of the Netherlands is our top rated community project out of the 90+ we’ve been to globally. We loved it so much that we moved in for over 2 years, managing technology needs, marketing needs, community / volunteer day with a community wide sharing circle, and the development of many physical structures like tiny homes all wheels, and working in the garden. Not only that, we hosted many large dinners that included members around the community as well.
During our time here, we worked closely with the stewards in order to develop proper community development and general consulting support.
Damanhur
After our first visit to the Italian Alps and the most advanced spiritual community we’ve been to… we were just about in love. With over 600 local living members with over 10 different sub nucleus communities with its own food / water sources and housing for its members.
Here at Damanhur, we immersed ourselves in the advanced spiritual technology development as well as its governing structure. Working closely with the steward at the time, discussing online technology development as well as community partnerships globally. An area that our visitations began to promote.
Inter-Community Connection. An asset for the development of all our projects moving forward.
The Holistic Center’s Network
Early on in our community visitation history, we met with the leader in inter center connection, Christine Lines. She manages a network of executives that lead holistic center development primarily in the US and surrounding countries.
We had the opportunity to develop The Holistic Center Network’s very first online summit during the difficulties of COVID where nearly every center had to close down its in-person programming and rental revenue streams.
Out of it, we hosted over 250 executives globally with the primary learning that diversifying revenue streams into the online space and other sectors was of primary importance to develop greater protection from natural disasters and earth changing events.
Ibiza Yoga
Little did we know, that we would walk upon one of the best located projects in the world. Tucked away into the northern ibizan valleys is a mountainous retreat center at the entrance of the infamous, Benniras Beach.
When we first arrived here, we were met with a community that thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of plant medicines.. And simply put, the beach.
It was here where we learned the importance of substance moderation in a land environment space like this. Especially when an environment holds a level intention in the healing space. Ie. wellness offerings like yoga, meditation, dance, and treatments.
Breath of Heaven
Considered our second ever project in the community development space is a macadamia nut farm in the mountains of the magical and mystical island of Maui, Hawaii. It was here where we began our immersion in plant management and caretaking.
We managed the water supply with a solar powered well and multiple water storage systems. We took care of the chickens, harvested fruits, and ate many many macadamia nuts.
We also spearheaded a project to understand what kind of living structures best suited the land with its opportunities and restrictions. Out of it, we learned about structure zoning, government relationships, and environmental analysis.
Ikal
The wild beaches of Tulum, Mexico hosts many ecological hotel developments, our favorite of which, is Ikal. When we arrived to Tulum, we couldnt help but recognize how free and festive this community was.
We were lucky to volunteer at their iconic festival, Restaura with massive ceremonies, massive bamboo staging, and yoga led by masters, oceans rolling in the background.
We learned alot about respect for the land here. Especially when it came to hosting large scale multi thousand spiritual festivals.
The Holistic Center’s Network
With the success of HCN’s first online summit under our belt - we geared up the following year for their second ever, global online summit.
During this summit the primary message learned was that it was time we opened our gates and welcome guests despite the restrictions in order. With the newly created online revenue stream, everybody opened their projects up to an opportunity of growth.
With less participants, the online programming, began opening the door for HCN to launch an in-person summit the following year.
Mexico to Washington
I was very sick. And my body was in need of healthier living environments to produce natural healing in the body.
I revved up my 1986 Jeep Cherokee and visited over 30 different projects in 3 different states along the west coast of the good ol’ USA.
The learning… our living environments have not been built properly to produce natural healing in the body. Parasites in our food/water, mold poisoning, and even emf/wifi/cellular radiation make it difficult to be in the world.
It was after this adventure that we learned it was extremely necessary we began building these projects with a new set of requirements and environmental health. To learn more about our first project and how you can become an investor, visit the link below.
