We are on a mission to develop 1000 properties globally that serve as sanctuaries for all life on earth. Each of our environments will work with local populations and global communities to build a network of life that exists to serve everyone involved in the community and its surroundings. At the center of our network is the center of ourselves, love - the foundation for which everything is built upon. 

Over the past 5 years we have consulted on over 20 different land based projects in over 10+ countries globally. From the worlds most prominent community projects to small single owner farms, we have experience in technology innovation, land management, executive leadership, and community connection.

MEET THE TEAM


  • Founder

    Jared Stephens is an ecovillage consultant that has worked with over 15 different projects in over 15 different countries. Not only that, he has visited over 90 different land based projects globally.

    He has worked extensively over the last 5 years, on the ground of various community developments in every area of the project. From land management, community management, financials, revenue generating activities, fundraising, marketing, technology, and even cleaning toilets.

    He is a get it done guy. Having also worked in over 15 other industries with a marketing agency of his own, and successful startup marketing initiatives.

    Lastly, Jared is the type of guy you want around when you want to have fun. He is the community man of the world. And today, considered one of the most prominent ecovillage developers of our time.


  • Co-Founder

    Connor McCarl is a small-business owner having run his own software development company for the last 7 years. He has a passion for real estate and has evaluated several deals over the last decade.

    He used to be a majority owner in a digital marketing agency as well. This experience has helped him conceptualize and put together marketing campaigns to generate additional revenue for SMB businesses.
